Skills:
• Managing Client relations for high-end luxury fashion brands
• Taking customized bridal orders from international customers over the phone or video calls
• Converting online orders into confirmed sales through detailed discussions with the clients to provide them the required confidence to complete the purchase
• Following up with operations team to ensure client orders and customizations are as per requirement
